Our red wine and shallot salami combines the hearty aroma of high-quality pork with the delicate note of real red wine and the mild sweetness of fresh shallots. The flavor of the garlic and selected spices complement this combination and make every bite an incomparable taste experience.

Note on noble mold
The mold coating is typical of the handmade sausages from Auvergne. Depending on the degree of maturity of the sausage, it is more or less strong, because the noble mold arises naturally during maturation and gives the sausage its incomparable taste. The natural mold coating can be eaten without restriction - but if you wish, you can also lightly brush the salami dry.
